Instant pot beef stroganoff

Ingredients


  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 lb stew meat cut in smaller pieces


Instructions

  1. Frist, Turn Instant pot on saute mode. 
  2. Then Add olive oil. onions, garlic and beef. Saute for a few minutes until beef is browned.
  3. Then Add mushrooms, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. 
  4. Then Add broth and noodles. Turn the saute mode off, close the lid and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Quick release once done.
  5. Open the lid, add sour cream and mix everything very well. You can garnish the dish with chopped parsley if you want. 
  6. Enjoy!
