The best instant pot pork tacos

This is the most wonderful salsa I have ever tasted! The blender sauce alone is fantastic, and when mixed with the sweet fruits, it’s impossible to stop eating (shoveling might be a better word)!


Ingredients


  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 lb pork shoulder

Instructions

  • Friet Place all the ingredients into your pressure cooker.
  • Then Close the lid and set on high pressure for 40 minutes (50 minutes if the meat is frozen)
  • Once the meat is cooked, quick release and open the lid. Shred the meat with two forks.
  • Now the fun part! Create you own tacos! On the warmed small torlillas , 
  • place some pork, add you favorite toppings and enjoy!
