Roast Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon fresh herbs chopped *see note
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 boneless turkey breast approx. 2.5-3.5lbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion sliced


Instructions


  1. Frist, Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Then Tie the turkey breast (if it is not tied or in a net already).
  3. Then Brush the turkey breast with olive oil. Generously sprinkle with salt, pepper and fresh herbs.
  4. Then Place the turkey breast in a small casserole dish and nestle onions (and extra herbs if desired) alongside the turkey.
  5. Then Roast the boneless turkey breast for 15 minutes.
  6. Then Reduce the oven temperature to 375°F and roast an additional 25-40 minutes until temperature in the thickest part reaches 165°F.
  7. Next, Remove from oven and let rest 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  8. Enjoy It !
