BANANA CREAM PUDDING CAKE MIX COOKIES
It sounds like your crust is to blame! It might be too thin on the bottom, or you might stretching it too much when you’re putting it in the pan. You might try sprinkling a light coating of cornmeal over the bottom crust before pouring in the pecan pie filling, too. that can help make sure the crust sticks to the filling and comes out cleanly. Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury® Traditional Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 (3.4 ounce) banana cream pudding
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl whisk together the cake mix and pudding mix. (Do not prepare the pudding, leave it dry.) Add the eggs, melted butter, and milk. Stir until combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are slightly brown.
