HOW TO COOK TURKEY LEGS:
CROCK POT RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika (use regular paprika if you don' have this handy)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (loosely packed)
- 6 turkey legs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
- Frist Season the turkey legs with salt and pepper and place in the slow cooker.
- Combine the ketchup, water, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and paprika in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Then Pour the sauce over the turkey legs, and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
