Easy Hummus Recipe - CHRISTMAS RECIPES
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 5 tablespoons water
- A pinch of salt
- 15 oz. chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Frist, Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. If the hummus is a bit too thick,
- Then add some more water. Taste to check seasoning.
- Then Garnish with toppings. You can choose from smoked paprika, fresh parsley, red chili flakes and/or a drizzle of olive oil.
- Next, hummus keeps refrigerated in an airtight container for up to three or four days.
