BROWNIE IN A MUG

My first baking experience was good because is a good and easy recipe especially if you are someone who knows noting about kitchen.I think that for a recipe with so few ingredients the final result is fantastic . From my point of view the texture was good and soft . I recommend to use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate because the brownie was too sweet . In the end before you put the brownie in the microwave you can put M&M’s because it will melt in your mouth when you eat . Also is suggest put in the freezer because is too hot when comes out . I would recommend this recipe to other people because is easy and everyone can do .

Ingredients


  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cream, whipped cream, powdered sugar, berries for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips plus more for topping
  • 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil, melted coconut oil or melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch salt

Instructions


  1. Frist, Place sugar, flour, cocoa powder and salt in a mug. Use a small whisk or fork, and stir until combined, and free of lumps. 
  2. Then Stir in chocolate chips. Add oil, milk and vanilla, stir with a spoon or small rubber spatula until just combined (try not to over mix it). 
  3. Next, Sprinkle a few additional chocolate chips over the top and cook in the microwave for about 90 seconds (microwave times may vary). 
  4. Then Eat immediately with ice cream, whipped cream, powdered sugar, or berries.
  5. Enjoy It !
