Crock Pot Pepperoni Chicken!
{Better Than Pizza}
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts fresh or thawed
- 14 oz. Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce 1 jar
- 16 slices of Pepperoni
- Optional: Dried Basil and Oregano for seasoning
- Optional: Parmesan Cheese and Red Pepper Flakes for topping
Instructions
- Frist Place chicken in Crock Pot, and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or on LOW for 6 hours.
- After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot.
- Then Pour Pizza Sauce over chicken, sprinkle with a dash of optional dried Basil and/or Oregano, then sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese.
- Then Place 2 – 4 Pepperoni slices on each Chicken Breast and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes {covered}, or until done. Enjoy!
- Optional: Top with parmesan cheese and/or red pepper flakes for a little heat.
